Our valuable Patient Support team is your initial contact point for all enquiries and make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They go through a comprehensive training programme to ensure that they are knowledgeable and skilled to give you the best possible service.
When you ring to book an appointment, our team is trained to ask for a brief reason for the appointment. This is so that they can sign-post you to the person or service best able to help you.
Patient Support can also provide you with information on our services and your test results. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.
